The diversity of objects on display in this permanent gallery dedicated to human identity required a system that could accommodate captions at multiple angles and heights.
Photo-etched in steel, caption holders were adapted to
different configurations using fold-out tabs and feet. The
materials and typeface – Neue Helvetica – were selected
to suggest the precision and sterility associated with
a scientific research laboratory.
