Alan Fletcher: Fifty years of graphic work (and play)
2006
Powder-coated Kee-Klamp scaffolding provided an economical modular structure for this retrospective exhibition and conveyed the ethos of make-do modernism in the designer’s work. Fletcher used this system himself in his own home and studio. Items from the studio itself formed the collage that was incorporated into the portrait at the entrance to the exhibition.
